EMBRACING JEZEBEL (PART 1)

Embracing Jezebel 1

Fine.
You were the light that never shone. The Sun that never rose. The day I met you shall be cursed. For I never knew it was the end of it all. You took the rest of Eve's fruit. You said to me, "Eat, Adam. Eat and live."

You watched with a smile, as I swallowed the death in bits.

Good.
"The end!" I thought. I was really wrong. It was the beginning of an unending end. You promised life death and brought darkness to light.
You reaped when it was not harvested, and harvested where you never planted.
You held 'Right' in your hands, made it bow seven times, in front of the boasting 'Wrong'
And you told me there was nothing wrong!

I believe you because I couldn't disbelieve. I had to believe to stay alive. What's 'believe' when I could be dead?

Like every other, I'd like to live. With you, I live like the dead. Without you, I am but dead.
I am a prisoner without shackles, walking the streets, dying slowly, silently.
